Our production equipment

3 manufacturing sections are distributed within 800 m2 of workshop.

Flow
A primary material storage space supplies the sawing machines and includes a machine
which prepares bars for cutting.
Round or prismatic billets and turning bars are prepared and stored before sending them to different machining stations.

Milling:
-2 machining centres with 5 axis:
The revolving and pivoting plate means that parts with complex shapes can be finished with a single set-up offering greater accuracy than obtained when using several machines.
-1 machining centre with 3 axis:
This machining centre, with a 6000 rpm spindle mounted on a gantry with 2 upright poles, holds 500 mm x 1000 mm machining parts rigidly in place.
-1 machining centre with 4 axis:
This 3 axis machining centre is fitted with an indexer with a 320 diameter plate, allowing simultaneous 3D machining on 4 axis.

Turning:
-2 digital control towers, bi-spindles, 3 axis, with automatic bar feeder for bar turning 10 to 50 mm parts for series of 50 to 10,000 parts
- One 6-axis turning centre, bi-spindle, double turret tool post with 24 tools, robot supply for this digital control tower means that parts can be machined extremely accurately in large series.
-1 multi-task turning centre.
This latest generation machine permits complex parts to be machined by combining turning and milling in a single set-up. Equipped with 30 Kw power for turning and an 18.5 Kw milling spindle at 12,000 rpm; coupled with an 80 tool magazine, large parts can be machined (max diameter 760 mm, max length 1524 with a 100 mm machining depth).
- 2 digital control lathes with 2 axis and ultra fast conversational programming are used to manufacture prototypes or small / medium sized series.

Quality control:
Production technicians check manufacturing in a metrology room equipped with a three dimensional measuring machine and a variety of other measuring instruments to ensure that parts are despatched without any faults.

Health and safety:
The workshop has been fitted with oil mist collecting equipment, and means for recovering waste and used oils in order to protect the environment.
